- Membership information you provide when you sign up or manage your account, which is handled through our membership provider, GymDesk (see "Third parties" below).
- Basic server logs automatically generated when you visit this site (such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps), used only for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To respond to your message or question.
- To set up and manage your membership and billing.
- To keep records we need to run the gym and meet our legal obligations.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your personal information.
- We don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.
- We don't run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site. No tracking cookies are set, and no third-party tracking scripts run when you load these pages.
Cookies & tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. When you submit the contact form, a privacy-friendly security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) loads only at that point to confirm you're human — it is used solely to prevent spam, not to track you across sites.
Third parties
- GymDesk — our membership management and billing provider. When you sign up or log in as a member, you do so on GymDesk's platform, which is governed by GymDesk's own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and provides the spam protection on our contact form.
- Our contact-form service — messages you send through this site are delivered to us by email through a secure form processor operated by our website provider.
Retention
Contact-form messages that don't lead to a membership or ongoing relationship are deleted within 12 months. Membership records are kept for as long as you're a member plus any period required by law. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights (California)
You have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to request that we delete it, and to request that we correct it. To make a request, call us at (707) 676-5833 or use the contact form, and we'll respond within 45 days as required by California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
